Design Application Pty Ltd. is an app development team. Our products and services- including PhoneSwappr, Apps Design Lab, SmartTradie, and others that link to this Privacy Policy—provide exclusive products and services and features to help you work & live smarter and brighter!

When you use these products and services, you’ll share some information with us. So we want to be upfront about the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, and the choices we give you to control, access and update your information. We use your information to present the best product you will love! We update and improve our apps according to what you provide to us!

We may also store some information locally on your device. For example, we may store information as a local cache so that you can open the product/service and view the content faster.

We generally do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with anyone without your consent including advertising companies (who collect data through products and services for ad targeting).

Since we generally do not share personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email or phone) with anyone, we leave very few options for control over your information and this varies among our different products and services.

Although we welcome users from all over the world, keep in mind that no matter where you live or where you happen to use our services, your information may be shared within the Design Application Pty Ltd. family of companies. This means that we may collect your personal information from, transfer it to, and store and process it in other countries outside of where you live.


Our products and services that apply to this Privacy Policy are not intended for—and we don’t direct them to—anyone under 13. And that’s why we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us, so we can promptly obtain parental consent or remove the information.

This privacy policy was last updated on 28/09/2017. Our privacy policy may change from time to time. If the change materially affects registered users, we will send a notice to you by email, push notification, social media or text.
